Due to the increse of online fraud - all sales are final. All items are delivered by courier and must be signed for. We can ship worldwide but the courier service must have a proper street address and contact telephone number.
Buy with confidence knowing all new electronic items carry a standard 12 month manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault arising, the manufacturer will repair or replace the item and return to you at no cost. Postage costs to the manufacturer's service center in Hong Kong is borne by you. In the case of accidental damage we can repair the item (if possible) and charge only for replacement parts. Techical support is offered before returns are accepted.
